Provisions according to the German General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO)

On our website we use the Shaolin Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan Konstanz (NPCK) contact form to fulfill the provisions of the German General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR / "Datenschutzgrundverordnung" or DSGVO) in order to meet the necessary legal requirements with regard to collection, evaluation and information by NPCK itself, the operator of the internet service or third parties. Your data is required and collected in order to:

  • To enable the operation of this website at all.

  • To respond to contact requests from visitors to the website.

  • Collect statistical data necessary for the operation of the website.

  • Collect useful data for NPCK marketing purposes.

 

The legal basis for processing is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO):

  • Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. A GDPR (data processing based on consent)

  • Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR (if the contact form is related to the conclusion of a contract, e.g. for orders, in shops).

  • Article 6 paragraph 1 letter e GDPR in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph 1 BayDSG allows the processing of personal data by a public body if it is necessary to fulfill a task incumbent on it. This task is: running the website for a Kung Fu club.

  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR/ DSGVO (requirements: the data processing must not be carried out to fulfill an official task, the legitimate interest of the website operator must be demonstrated, the processing of the personal data must be necessary and an assessment must not lead to the result that the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the persons concerned prevail)

 

The use of our offer of the NPCK Kung Fu is voluntary, but we cannot provide it without providing your personal data. NPCK processes the data provided solely to answer your request. Your personal data (e.g. surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number) will not be passed on to third parties without your express written consent.

 

After collection, your data will only be stored by NPCK for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose. As a rule, this means that we delete or anonymize your personal data up to 2 years after the last contact or the end of membership in the association. Existing storage obligations and periods are observed.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO), you have the following rights if the legal requirements are met:

  • Right to information about the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR / DSGVO).

  • Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR/ DSGVO).

  • Right to erasure and restriction of processing and to object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR/ DSGVO).

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)/ DSGVO.

  • If you have consented to the processing by NPCK with a corresponding declaration, you can revoke your consent at any time for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.

  • If you make use of your above rights, the responsible department will check whether the legal requirements for this are met.

  • Furthermore, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority.
